About Drum Drying Resources

Drum Drying Resources or DDR over the years has worked with a variety of customers with different issues. What we have found was that not every customer and/or project is the same. What we do at DDR is work very closely with the customer, asking the right questions and doing the proper testing. By doing this, we can design and build the right drum dryer and systems, whether it is a new dryer, a rebuilt dryer or retrofitting an existing dryer. Our goal is to provide you, our customers, with the best machines and systems for your product(s).

DDR wants to know and understand your product. We accomplish this by observing your operation or by testing in our pilot plant facilities. Whenever we meet with new or current customers, we stress the importance of this because every product reacts differently in the drying system. Sure, we can sell you a standard system, but if it is not designed and tested for your product(s), there is no winner in the outcome.

DDR also offers its services as a procurement agent for equipment (both new and used). Equipment is acquired from several sources such as new and used equipment dealers, auctions or even our own surplus inventory. We will give you different options that we believe are the best for you.
